10. Children's Privacy

arinalive.ph is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. arinalive.ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If arinalive.ph determines that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, all personal data relating to that Account will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned through the original payment channel following identity verification of the account holder.
