These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the arinalive.ph platform operated at arinaliveph.vip. By registering an account or using any service on arinalive.ph, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
Last updated: June 2026arinalive.ph is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to be held by an underage person will be permanently closed and all funds returned per PAGCOR guidelines.
Each user may hold only one registered account on arinalive.ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.
arinalive.ph may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Providing false or fraudulent identification documents is a material breach of this Agreement and may be referred to Philippine authorities.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotion abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is prohibited and grounds for account termination.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. arinalive.ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
arinalive.ph provides deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the arinalive.ph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is imposed pursuant to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older.
The arinalive.ph Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of arinalive.ph complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on arinalive.ph: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from arinalive.ph or any affiliated platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Operator; (d) persons under any court-ordered gambling exclusion; (e) persons acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on arinalive.ph. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update such information if it changes. arinalive.ph may suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. arinalive.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Players must notify arinalive.ph support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to their Account.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
arinalive.ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform. arinalive.ph does not accept deposits via third-party accounts — all deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account standing, KYC verification status, and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. arinalive.ph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operations. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution's cut-off schedules. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes following approval.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a dispute. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are published in the Wallet section. arinalive.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). Crypto deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. Withdrawal amounts in crypto are converted at the rate prevailing at the time of withdrawal processing. arinalive.ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by arinalive.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., live dealer, specific high-RTP slots) may be restricted or contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements.
Bonus Funds not utilized within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within the Account dashboard.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if arinalive.ph reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
Each game available on arinalive.ph is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, arinalive.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. arinalive.ph shall not be liable for winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for slot titles and are theoretical long-term averages — individual session outcomes will vary.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from arinalive.ph may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arinalive.ph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; (d) delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, banks, or telecommunications networks outside arinalive.ph's direct control.
arinalive.ph's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including for breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirements. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, arinalive.ph may freeze Account funds pending investigation and cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and the AMLC. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
Any dispute arising in connection with your use of arinalive.ph must be submitted to arinalive.ph's customer support team in the first instance. arinalive.ph will investigate and respond to all documented complaints within seven (7) business days. Game outcome disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction date; disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. arinalive.ph's decision on game outcome disputes is final where the relevant game records confirm the outcome and no technical malfunction is identified.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through arinalive.ph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the arinalive.ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their Account.
